Three platforms. The mix is tailored per creator, never default. Some run one. Some run all three. Strategy decides.

Maison Monet

A different kind of agency.

Maison Monet was founded on a simple idea: that creator-led businesses deserve the same standard of representation afforded to actors, athletes, and artists.

We work quietly, on behalf of a small roster, to build careers, not to chase trends. Our team blends operators, strategists, and creative directors with backgrounds in entertainment, fashion, and direct-to-consumer technology.

We take few clients. We commit fully to each.

What we do

End-to-end management.

Strategy, content, operations, marketing, brand, and protection, handled with the discretion of a private office. Across OnlyFans, Fanvue, and Fansly.

01

Account management

End-to-end operation of OnlyFans, Fanvue, and Fansly accounts. Profile and bio direction, content scheduling, PPV strategy with continuous A/B testing, mass message campaigns, welcome drips, retention and reactivation, chargeback support, and custom content request handling for high-value fans.

02

Direct engagement

Real human chatters from the United States and Europe through our exclusive partnership with Milk & Honey Chatting. Trained on each creator’s voice, personality, and limits, and held to platform terms of service. Never AI-fronted.

03

Marketing & social

Specialist teams for TikTok algorithm work, Instagram growth, Reddit niche communities, and X. Paid advertising, organic distribution, paid shoutout networks with adjacent creators, and live streaming production where the platform allows. Audiences built on owned channels, not rented.

04

Creative direction

Shoot planning, post-production, calendar discipline, and aesthetic cohesion. Production stays mostly creator-led. Photographers, videographers, and travel for content trips can be arranged on a case-by-case basis depending on the creator and the brief.

05

Brand & PR

Personality direction, event scheduling, creator-to-creator collaborations, press placement when pursued, and merchandise or product launches when the brand is ready. The long arc of a creator brand, not just this quarter’s revenue.

06

Protection & strategy

Copyright and DMCA enforcement on stolen content. Pricing and packaging strategy. Operational consulting on business decisions every creator brand faces. Vetted tax and legal referrals when something requires a licensed professional.

Comparison

We work nothing like a typical agency.

Most creator agencies are built for volume. We are not. Six places where the difference shows.

Acceptance
Typical agency

Open intake. Hundreds of clients on the books.

Maison Monet

Application only. Very few accepted.

Strategy
Typical agency

Templated. The same playbook applied to every account.

Maison Monet

Bespoke positioning. Every brand treated as singular.

Operations
Typical agency

Self-managed DMs. Offshore VAs or AI bots.

Maison Monet

Trained human operators in the US and Europe. Never AI-fronted.

Coverage
Typical agency

Single platform focus. Usually OnlyFans only.

Maison Monet

OnlyFans, Fanvue, and Fansly. Tailored per creator.

Contracts
Typical agency

Multi-year lock-in. Onerous exit terms.

Maison Monet

Quarterly engagements. Clean exits.

Reporting
Typical agency

Inconsistent. Often quarterly or absent.

Maison Monet

Weekly. Same format. Same Sunday.

Approach

What sets us apart.

Six things we do differently from a typical creator agency. Each has cost us business. We keep doing them.

01

Selective intake

Application-only. We accept few clients per quarter, by referral where possible. The roster stays small on purpose.

02

Full team, not a manager

Strategists, content directors, chat operators, and analysts in concert. No solo points of failure.

03

Cross-platform fluency

OnlyFans, Fanvue, Fansly, and adjacent channels treated as a portfolio. Diversified, not single-channel.

04

Discreet by default

Roster is private. NDAs are mutual. Client reporting is direct and never shared externally.

05

Aligned incentives

Our success is tied to yours. We earn when you do. Decisions get made together because the outcomes are shared.

06

Quiet exits

If we are not the right fit at intake, we will say so. If you outgrow us, we help you transition.

How it works

From application to scale, in three steps.

Six weeks from first conversation to operational launch. Most engagements begin within ninety days of inquiry.

01Week 1

Apply & meet

A brief application followed by a private intake call. Diligence runs both ways. Most applications do not result in offers, and we say so quickly when they do not.

02Weeks 2 to 5

Strategy & onboard

A thirty-day strategy memo, signed engagement, and full operations setup. Content cadence, pricing tiers, channel split. You meet your team. Nothing launches until everyone is aligned.

03Week 6 onward

Launch & scale

Daily operations begin. Reports go out every Sunday in the same format. Strategy is reviewed quarterly. The relationship continues on its own merits, never by lock-in.

Our roster is private.

Questions

Common questions, answered.

Who do you accept as creators?

We work with creators across English-speaking and European markets, regardless of current size. Acceptance is based on fit, professionalism, and willingness to build for the long term.

How competitive is the application process?

Application only. We accept a very small number of creators each intake window. The process typically takes two to three weeks. We respond to every applicant.

Are you only based in one region?

No. We work worldwide. Our roster spans North America, the UK, continental Europe, Latin America, and the Gulf, and we operate in any market where the creator brand can grow.

Which platforms do you manage?

OnlyFans, Fanvue, and Fansly. The mix per creator is tailored to their brand and audience. Some run all three, some run one. Strategy decides.

How does the engagement model work?

Quarterly engagements with revenue-share economics. Specific terms are discussed at intake.

How does account access work?

We hold operational access to your accounts for the duration of our engagement so day-to-day work can run. Brand-level economic structure is discussed and disclosed at intake. Operational access ends when the engagement ends.

Is fan messaging handled by humans or AI?

Humans, exclusively. Our chat operators come through our partnership with Milk & Honey Chatting and are based in the United States and Europe only. Each operator is trained on the creator’s voice, personality, and limits, and works strictly within platform terms of service. We do not use AI to message fans.

How quickly should I expect to see changes?

The first thirty days are calibration. Most creators see meaningful movement by month two. Quarter on quarter improvement is the bar we hold ourselves to.

What happens if it is not the right fit?

We end cleanly. Operational access reverts at the close of the engagement. We help with transition where useful, and we maintain referral relationships with other agencies for creators outside our remit.
